Kolektor Orodjarna is a part of multinational company Kolektor most known as world’s largest manufacturer of commutators, second largest European manufacturer of slip rings and second largest European manufacturer of plastic-bonded magnetic products. On its path of half a century Kolektor evolved into a global company with its seat in Slovenia and a wide spread net of companies and subsidiaries in Europe, in the Mexico and in Asia -South Korea and China. With nearly 5000 employees, Kolektor generated turnover of more than EUR 700 million in 2017.

Kolektor has built its competences on the basis of in-house machine construction and through introduction of modern ICT solutions into production. This is the domain of Kolektor Orodjarna which is responsible for the development of automation, machine vision technologies and the transition to industry 4.0 within Kolektor. For more than two decades these solutions are marketed externally while expanding the scope of automation solutions to all kinds of industries.
